What is non reflective glass?

When light passes from air into glass and then back into air, the transitions cause part of it to be reflected. Anti Reflective coating alters the light transmission qualities of glass surfaces, virtually eliminating reflections and maximizing light transmission.

Conventional picture framing glass typically reflects 8% of incoming light, distracting the viewer with mirror-like reflections. With Anti Reflective glass, light reflection is as low as 0.5% thus offering 16 times less reflection and eliminating any mirror-like effects. Our Anti Reflective glass also provides 99% light transmission, making it practically invisible so all the viewer sees is pure art.

If I buy online what print number will I receive?

The print number given to your purchase will be the next number in the edition.

When will I receive my VAT invoice?

VAT invoices will be available either upon collection of the framed print from the gallery, or if the picture is delivered by the gallery then with the delivery.

Does Brett Gallery provide a picture hanging services?

The gallery will hang the picture upon delivery if pre arranged at the point of order. There is a charge for this service.

Can Brett Gallery frame my own print?

We do not normally offer a commercial picture framing service. However, in certain circumstances we are able to offer this service to clients for large format images.

How long does it take for the picture to be ready for delivery?

Please allow up to 14 days as each picture is custom made to order.

How do I amend my order?

To amend your order, please contact us enquiries@brettgallery.com and we will be happy to help you. We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 48 hours of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I change my delivery address?

I haven't received my confirmation email.

You should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter, or there might have been a typing mistake when you entered the email address.

How much does delivery cost?

Owing to the sizes of some framed images, please forward an email to enquiries@brettgallery.com requesting delivery cost if and if one is applicable.

Can I specify a day for delivery?

Yes, but we may not always be possible to accommodate this.

Is my personal information kepr private?

Yes.

Is it safe to use my credit cards online?
Yes, shopping with Brett Gallery online is completely safe and secure. We use Premium Comodo SSL Certificate. Rapid SSL encryption certificate that ensures the information sent between your computer and our server is kept private. This means your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike in a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the approval process.
